STEP BY STEP
Natural nail overlay - Powder and Gel method
Products needed
- Adhesion Promoter
- Bonder Plus
- Acryhard Gel
- UV Powder
- Quick Shine Clear
Nail preparation
Follow the nail preparation steps.
Gel application
1. Apply Adhesion Promoter over the whole nail and leave to dry for 15 seconds.
2. Apply Bonder Plus over the whole nail and leave to dry for 20 seconds; the nail will feel sticky and must not be touched.
3. Apply a generous layer of Acryhard Gel, spreading it carefully with the Gel Brush over the whole nail without touching the cuticle. Seal the tip and the sides of the nail well.
4. Sprinkle the UV Powder onto the nail using the concave end of the Gel Spatula. Tap the finger (holding it on the edge of the container) to remove excess powder, then dip the nail tip into the UV Powder. Wait a few seconds for the powder to be absorbed by the gel and for the nail to turn glossy again.
5. Cure the nail in the UV/LED lamp for 60 seconds.
6. Remove any excess powder with the Nail Brush.
7. Apply Quick Shine Clear and cure in the UV/LED lamp for 60 seconds.
French effect
For a French effect, after step 6 apply White Tipping Gel to the nail tip, seal the tip and sides of the nail well and cure in the UV/LED lamp for 60 seconds. Continue with step 7.
Nail-biting treatment
Products needed
- Adhesion Promoter

- Pink Cream Gel
- UV Powder
- Quick Shine French Pink
Nail preparation
Follow the nail preparation steps.
Gel application
1. Apply Adhesion Promoter over the whole nail and leave to dry for 15 seconds.
2. Apply Bonder Plus over the whole nail and leave to dry for 20 seconds; the nail will feel sticky and must not be touched.
3. Apply a thin layer of Bonder Gel with the Gel Brush over the whole nail without touching the cuticle, also covering the part of the nail bed where the nail is missing.
4. Cure the nail in the UV/LED lamp for 30 seconds.
5. Apply a generous layer of Pink Cream Gel on the nail and the exposed nail bed, spreading it with the Gel Brush over the whole area without touching the cuticle. Remove any gel from the cuticle area.
6. Sprinkle the UV Powder onto the gel-covered nail using the Gel Spatula. Tap the finger (holding it on the edge of the container) to remove excess powder. Wait a few seconds for the powder to be absorbed and for the gel to turn glossy again.
7. Cure the nail in the UV/LED lamp for 60 seconds.
8. Use the Nail Brush to remove any excess powder.
9. Apply another, thinner layer of Pink Cream Gel with the Gel Brush over the whole nail. Remove any gel from the cuticle area.
10. Cure the nail in the UV/LED lamp for 2 minutes.
11. Shape the nail with the coarser side of the Teardrop File.
12. Refine with the Mambo Buffer and remove the filing dust with the Nail Brush.
13. Apply Quick Shine French Pink and cure in the UV/LED lamp for 60 seconds.
