Roberta Quario Rondo
President
Roberta, President and founder, has created the RobyNails brand in 1999. After her studies at the Cattolica University of Milan, in the early '70s Roberta moved to the USA, where she lived for several years. The evolution, growth and huge potentialities of the industry made her decide to endeavor in the nail business. her creative abilities, her dynamism and managerial experience acquired as an executive of a fitness company have fostered the growth of the company, today leader in the manufacture and distribution of professional products and services for nail enhancement, hand care and beauty.
Stefano Cappi
General Manager
Stefano, General Manager, has several years of management consulting experience having worked for Deloitte Consulting, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and as an independent consultant to start ups and venture funds. He has acquired key competences in a wide array of projects, from strategic advisory to top management in leading multinational companies to the development of business plans and commercial expansion strategies in small enterprises in the fashion and beauty sectors. Stefano holds a Bachelor Degree and Master of Science in Management Engineering from Politecnico of Milan and an MBA from the London Business School.
Barbara Cappi
Business Development Manager
Barbara, Business Development Manager, worked for several years in the pharmaceutical business in Clinical Research. She started her career in Quintiles in Clinical Operations, then in Guidant, multinational company in medical devices, assuming roles of increasing responsibility and acquiring key competencies in a wide array of projects in clinical trial management. She subsequently worked for Abbott Laboratories with the responsibility of managing strategic projects for therapy development and seeking new business opportunities in cardiovascular disease. Barbara was born in the USA and holds a Bachelor Degree and Master of Science in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technologies from the University of Milan.
